ENERCON is seeking a Nuclear Electrical Analysis Engineer to join our Naperville, IL team, with opportunities across other U.S. locations. We support mid-level to principal engineers seeking leadership roles and technical growth in electrical power systems.

The role focuses on complex problem solving, design modification challenges, and collaboration with diverse clients in Nuclear Services, Federal Services, and Data Centers. Growth is encouraged across technical and leadership paths.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
MS in a relevant topic of electrical engineering is preferred.
Experience working in the nuclear power industry is preferred.
Maintains an active PE license or planning to obtain in near future.
Mid-Level requires 3+ years of experience performing electrical studies.
Senior Level requires 6+ years of experience performing electrical studies.
Experience evaluating large scale power systems following NEC/IEEE/IEC/NERC codes.
Proficiency in understanding highly technical topics in electrical engineering.

Responsibilities

Electrical Studies & Design: Develop electrical studies and design recommendations for power systems.
Quality Assurance: Perform quality reviews for calculations, studies and models.
Leadership & Mentorship: Direct and oversee technical work; mentor junior engineers.
