Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 10+ years’ experience designing electrical systems for power plants.
• 3+ years leading an engineering design group through all project phases.
• Experience selecting equipment, preparing specs and calculations.
• Proven liaison with clients in a support or lead role.
• PE licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts by group members to ensure successful deliverables within technical, quality, and financial constraints.
• Define deliverables (calcs, specs, drawings, design changes) for electrical projects.
• Review status and track progress to maintain scope and budget and inform the client.
• Conduct routine status meetings and submit progress reports.
• Coordinate completion of project deliverables across disciplines.
