Job summary

Energy Northwest is seeking a Design Engineering Supervisor to lead the engineering staff in Richland, WA. You will direct technical work, oversee projects, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with management on budget, schedule, and staffing.

On-site work is required, including 12-hour outage support and on-call coverage. Required: BS in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; PE license preferred or SRO considered for up to two years.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Physics, Math or related technical field with five years of related experience.
• PE license may be considered equivalent to degree; SRO may count for up to two years.

Responsibilities

• Supervise engineers and oversee execution of projects and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate budgeting, scheduling, and staffing in the Engineering department.
• Support outages and emergent work; review technical work products and provide feedback.
• Ensure ongoing training and qualification of staff; conduct periodic performance reviews.
