Job summary

Energy Northwest is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to supervise engineering staff, provide technical direction, and oversee work execution within the Engineering department. You will drive performance, review engineering outputs, resolve complex issues, and support outages and on-call work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, Math or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of five years of related technical experience, with one year in nuclear power plant context.
• A Professional Engineer (PE) license may be considered as equivalent to the degree.
• SRO license may be considered for up to two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise engineering staff by providing leadership, direction, and oversight of work and projects.
• Review engineering work products, resolve technical issues, and support outages and emergent work.
