Energy Northwest is seeking a Civil Engineer/Supervisor to lead civil and structural design for the Xe 100 reactor project in Richland, WA. You will oversee owner’s engineer activities, support licensing, and drive design reviews for advanced reactor technologies.

This role requires a BS in engineering, 6+ years of relevant experience, and a PE/SRO license or equivalent. Strong communication and cross-functional leadership are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum six years of related technical experience; up to two years may be a master's.
• PE license or SRO license may be considered equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Owner’s Engineer activities and assist with site licensing.
• Lead design reviews for new reactor technologies and progressive contracts.
• Interpret NRC/NEI/EPRI guidance and coordinate with licensing teams.
• Provide schedule inputs and assist with budget, staffing, and planning.
