Job summary

TerraPower LLC seeks an experienced Deployment Engineering Manager to guide a team supporting Natrium projects, coordinating with Site Design Engineering, central engineering, construction, licensing, and procurement. You will drive issue resolution, establish tools and processes, and ensure safety and schedule adherence across multiple sites.

You will lead stakeholder meetings, mentor staff, and coordinate with regulators, utilities, and vendors to deliver complex nuclear engineering outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 15+ years of construction, manufacturing, testing and/or PM experience with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience interfacing with construction, procurement, quality, licensing and regulatory bodies.
• Ability to forecast resources, coordinate teams and drive execution in schedule-driven projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Familiarity with sodium-cooled fast reactor tech or DOE projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage communications between Natrium Central Engineering and onsite Site Design Engineering teams.
• Support workforce planning based on project inputs and schedules.
• Strengthen interfaces between engineering disciplines and other organizations.
• Organize and lead stakeholder meetings to resolve cross-cutting issues.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within Deployment Engineering.
• Interface with construction, licensing, QA, procurement, regulators, and home office functions.
• Develop training plans for site design engineering disciplines.
• Champion employee development and growth within the Natrium program.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and indoctrination of new team members.
