Job summary

TerraPower LLC. is seeking a Deployment Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team focused on Natrium projects and site design engineering activities in Bellevue, WA.

You will drive problem resolution, implement processes, and coordinate with construction, procurement, licensing, and regulators to ensure safety and schedule adherence. The role requires a strong leadership presence, deep project management experience, and a track record of cross‑functional collaboration across dispersed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 15+ years of construction, manufacturing, testing and/or project management experience.
• Experience interfacing with construction, procurement, quality, licensing, and regulatory entities to resolve onsite issues while maintaining schedule and safety priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage communications between Natrium Central Engineering and onsite Site Design Engineering teams; set priorities and ensure timely closure of tasks.
• Support workforce planning by identifying resource needs based on project inputs and schedules.
• Strengthen interfaces between Site Design Engineering, Fabrication Engineering, and other interfacing organizations to minimize delays.
• Organize and lead stakeholder meetings to drive resolution of engineering issues.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within Deployment Engineering to improve performance and alignment with project goals.
• Interface with construction management, licensing, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and suppliers.
• Develop training and qualification plans for site design engineering disciplines with the home office.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and indoctrination of new team members to align with nuclear QA programs.
