Volto Consulting is seeking a Technical Document Writer to support Milford, OH-based projects for a 12-month duration. The role emphasizes export control-sensitive Nuclear/Defense documentation and document conversion across multiple formats.

You will collaborate with content owners and process owners to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely deliverables. The position focuses on technical writing, procedural documents, and data-driven documentation support.

Qualifications

• Export control experience related to Nuclear/Defense documentation.
• Experience with document conversion processes.
• Ability to collaborate with content owners and reviewers.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-job briefs and support meetings for technical writing.
• Review text-based documents per applicable discipline process.
• Collaborate with document owners on content, formatting and editing.
• Execute tasks within supporting systems and information exchanges.
• Create, review and maintain procedural-based documents per process.
• Support conversion of documents between formats and revisions.
• Maintain indexing, version control, and distribution for COMs and documents.
• Provide weekly data on document volume by project and deliverable type.
