Job summary

Themesoft Inc. seeks an Onsite Technical Document Writer in Milford, OH for a 6- to 12-month contractual assignment.

The role focuses on technical document writing, documentation conversion and procedural documentation, with responsibilities spanning pre-job briefings, reviews, formatting, access control and period reviews. Requires experience in export control scope and a proven ability to collaborate with content owners, maintain consistency, and deliver timely documents using relevant tools

Qualifications

• Must-Have: Export control scope experience -Technical Document writing & Document conversion.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-job brief or supporting meetings for technical writing.
• Review text-based documents per discipline process.
• Collaborate with document owners on content, formatting and editing requirements to ensure a professional, timely deliverable.
• Execute related activities and tasks within supporting systems, tools and information exchanges.
• Create, review and maintain procedural-based documents as per process.
• Support document conversions between formats or revisions.
• Create or review product, project and business supporting documents per process.
• Maintain indexes, source content, access controls, revisions and obsolescence for documents and COMs.
• Provide weekly data on volume by project and deliverable type, planned vs delivered, and quality metrics.
