Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a Civil Structural Engineering Manager to lead technical civil/structural teams supporting nuclear design across the industry. The role focuses on leadership, quality, and delivering results within a growing energy sector.

The position is located in Kennesaw, GA, with travel up to 10% and opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Structural Engineering.
• 6+ years of design engineering experience in power generation, nuclear, or heavy industrial; 2 years leading a group.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Advanced knowledge of applicable codes and standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Ability to obtain unescorted access to a nuclear power plant.
• Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proven leadership and staff development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic civil/structural design unit and balance priorities to drive project success.
• Approve designs, mentor engineers, and build strong client relationships.
• Ensure unit meets budget and schedule, manage proposals, and communicate scope and risks.
• Recruit, develop, and coach staff; provide performance feedback and growth opportunities.
• Support policies, staffing plans, and administrative processes.
