Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. seeks a Project Engineer to support civil structural projects within our Nuclear Services Group. You will develop winning engineering proposals, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain client relationships across multiple locations.

The role requires at least 5 years in nuclear-related engineering or project management, with a Civil/Structural background and willingness to travel up to 15% to various ENERCON offices nationwide. PE preferred.

Qualifications

• Design Engineering experience with the modification and implementation process in power facilities.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in the nuclear or power industries as an Engineer or Project Manager.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering OR PMP Certification and 8 years' applicable experience.
• PE license strongly preferred.
• Ability to understand and work with budget and accounting processes.
• Excellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision‑making, and presentation skills.
• Effective communication skills with demonstrated ability to work across disciplines and teams.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites.
• Ability to travel between 10‑15% of the time; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Coordination: Provide interdisciplinary coordination for design engineering projects and serve as a technical leader to ensure the project solution and quality goals are met.
• Manage client interactions and negotiate/control project scope to client and company's satisfaction.
• Foster and maintain working relations with assigned clients and act as a single point of contact for assigned projects.
