Responsibilities include directing chemistry resources, ensuring regulatory compliance, developing procedures, and coordinating training to maintain safety and reliability of plant systems. The successful candidate will interface with USNRC/INPO/EPRI and drive improvements in quality and safety.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent and two years technical training.
• Four years experience in chemistry with minimum 2 years nuclear chemistry.
• Strong leadership and ability to communicate with a variety of personnel.
• Project management skills.

Aufgaben

• Plan, organize, direct, and control chemistry resources and activities, including authorization of work orders and updating PM/Surveillance activities.
• Provide oversight of laboratory analysis data and assist in procedure development/reviews.
• Plan, direct and organize staff chemists in Primary Chemistry, Secondary Chemistry, Radiochemistry, Closed Cooling Systems and Water Production.
• Interface with USNRC, INPO and EPRI; coordinate staff training and development; oversee chemistry control of plant systems.
