The role focuses on supervising, coordinating, and optimizing preventive, predictive, and outage-related I&C work, while maintaining safety and quality across plant systems and equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Five to seven years experience in discipline.
• Meets station procedural requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and supervise I&C maintenance personnel to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient execution of work.
• Plan and coordinate preventive, predictive, corrective, and outage-related I&C maintenance activities.
• Assign work based on employee qualifications, workload, operating priorities, and applicable safety requirements.
• Troubleshoot and direct repairs of I&C systems and equipment, including motors, breakers, transformers, relays, switchgear, control circuits, HVAC and associated plant systems.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, contractors, and other maintenance disciplines to resolve equipment issues and support plant priorities.
• Monitor the quality and timeliness of completed work; inspect completed jobs and ensure documentation and closeout in the maintenance management system.
