TerraPower is looking for a CAP Implementation Specialist to support the Natrium Demonstration Project, ensuring the effective functioning of its Corrective Action Program at Kemmerer Power Station.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with nuclear power systems and corrective action programs. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $99,054 to $148,582, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, parental leave, and a generous PTO policy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in development and management of software-based corrective action program.
• 3+ years of experience with Nuclear Corrective Action Program.
• Experience with smart procedures or other software-based procedure tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a plan for configuring and implementing the KPS CAP software.
• Ensure Corrective Action Program in Software complies with company standards.
• Develop and maintain processes for the KPS corrective action program.
• Monitor and maintain site performance indicators.

Skills

Knowledge of nuclear power plant systems

Prior experience in Corrective Action programs

Technical writing skills

Attention to detail

Self-starter with innovative solutions

Education

5 years' experience in software-based corrective action program

Experience with Nuclear Corrective Action Program
