Vibe Restaurants is seeking an experienced NSO Trainer to prepare new locations for successful grand openings. You will lead on-site training for managers and teams and provide post-opening support and analysis to drive ongoing improvements.

This on-the-road role requires 75% travel, a valid driver's license, and strong English communication. You will work to ensure systems training on POS and NBO is delivered effectively for a smooth launch.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in restaurant operations training.
• 18+ years old with strong leadership and clear English communication.
• Valid driver's license and access to a major airport.

Mansioni

• Pre-Opening Preparation: participate in weekly support calls, complete pre-opening checklist for training readiness.
• On-Site Training & Development: lead on-site operational training for managers and teams, covering POS and back-office systems.
• Post-Opening Evaluation: create training summary, analyze business trends, and provide improvement recommendations to leadership.
