Qualifications

  • Proven experience working collaboratively and effectively with individuals from a variety of backgrounds.

Responsibilities

Description Of Work

Position is responsible for managing and developing orientation- and enrollment-related programs, initiatives, and procedures that support special populations of undergraduate students and stakeholders, including but not limited to transfers, international students, non-traditional students, commuters, first-generation students, parents and family members. Will manage working relationships with UNL faculty and staff, NSE orientation leaders, International Welcome Team members, student staff, and NSE professional staff. Responsible for email campaigns, online orientation and materials, presentations, proposals, schedule development, training, and any other communications or logistical aspects related to special-population programs. Position will work collaboratively with senior associate director in pre-program planning, execution, training, and post-program follow-up and evaluation. Ability to give presentations and work occasional night and weekend hours required.

  • Experience in learning management systems
  • Experience interacting with the University community
