Basic Job Functions

The Talent & Recruiting Coordinator provides responsive, professional support to teammates and leadership across recruiting, onboarding, and other HR activities.

This teammate will be a member of the Nucor Berkeley HR & Talent Team and will support the department's goals and initiatives. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using SAP SuccessFactors or another applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools to improve productivity and work processes
• Experience creating professional visual content using Canva or a similar design platform
