Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the NRT program including trainee recruitment and progress tracking.
• Coordinate workshops, boot camps, internships, and annual symposia.
• Organize meetings across participating graduate programs for recruitment and mentoring.
• Maintain the program's website and social media presence.
• Collaborate with the Project Evaluator to track trainee progress.
• Prepare reports for NSF, the Provost's Office, and other University offices as needed.
• Foster an inclusive community prioritizing student growth, belonging, and self-efficacy.
