Job summary

Aon is seeking an Executive Benefits Specialist to support nonqualified deferred compensation plans and related executive benefit programs. The role involves working with sponsors, participants, and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely service in a hybrid setup across Atlanta, GA, Dallas, TX, or Radnor, PA offices.

Ideal candidates have direct NQDC or retirement plan admin experience, strong Excel skills, and a focus on data accuracy and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in nonqualified deferred compensation or executive benefits administration.
• Experience with qualified retirement/pension plan administration, recordkeeping, or participant services is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with plan data and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Administer recurring NQDC plan activities including enrollment, deferrals, vesting, investments, distributions, and data changes.
• Interpret plan provisions and respond to sponsor and participant questions accurately.
• Coordinate data with clients, payroll, recordkeepers, and internal partners; reconcile discrepancies and drive resolution.
