Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, education, or training plus 4 years semiconductor equipment experience.
• Equivalent military experience acceptable if no bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with installation, programming, maintenance, troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment.
• Willingness to travel up to 35%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized NPI technical training in‑house and at customer sites.
• Manage classroom and lab activities to meet course objectives and safety.
• Learn current products and develop training materials and curricula.
• Coordinate PDP process and certify instructors.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and support to ensure training success.
