Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in engineering, education, or training, or equivalent military experience, PLUS 4 years of professional semiconductor equipment experience.
Preferred certification in Instructional Design or curriculum development is a plus.
Travel up to 35% per year is required.

Responsibilities

Deliver specialized New Product Introduction (NPI) technical training in-house and at customer locations, requiring travel.
Manage classroom and lab activities to ensure course objectives are met and safety procedures are followed.
Deliver training during off‑shift hours and weekends as assigned.
Develop and update training materials and certification processes across multiple tools and products.
Mentor junior instructors and coordinate with engineering, PDP and GPS teams to ensure timely training delivery.
