Job summary

DriveNets is seeking an NPI & System Product Engineer to drive the transition of advanced networking switches and data center infrastructure from late-stage R&D validation into scalable mass production.

You will lead the handoff from DVT completion into PVT entry, support the setup and deployment of new production lines at global Contract Manufacturers, and execute capacity ramp-up plans toward High‑Volume Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of hands-on NPI/System Product Engineering in high‑performance telecom or data center hardware.
• Experience with DVT-to-PVT transitions and new production line setup at CM facilities.
• Solid understanding of electronics production, high‑speed network hardware, and test methods.
• Willingness to travel to overseas manufacturing sites; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Handoff from R&D DVT to Operations PVT readiness and track issues.
• Lead setup, line balancing, and deployment of new lines at CM facilities.
• Verify fixtures, tooling, and test stations; create production test procedures.
• Monitor FPY, line fallout, Scrap Rate; apply RCA/8D for defects.
• Drive takt time reduction and capacity ramp‑up across lines.
