Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- 4–6 years in NPI, Product/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience with BOM management and product configuration management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing introduction and industrialization for new products.
- Develop product BOM structures and support ECOs.
- Define product configurations and CTO/BTS requirements.
- Validate first article builds and readiness.
- Coordinate launches with R&D and Supply Chain.
- Drive process improvements for high-volume production.
