Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP is seeking an NPI Product & Industrialization Engineer. The role leads manufacturing introduction and industrialization for new products across outsourced/ODM environments, ensuring mass production readiness and scalable processes.

You will collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, and manufacturing partners to ensure products are manufacturable, testable, and ready for mass production, while driving cost reductions and process improvements across the

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline.
4–6 years in NPI/Engineering/Manufacturing.
Advanced English level.
Experience with contract manufacturing and/or ODM environments.
Experience with BOM management and ECO processes.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead NPI and manufacturing readiness activities from development through production ramp.
Design and implement scalable manufacturing processes and line layouts for high-volume production.
Define production test strategies and deploy test equipment.
Address manufacturing defects, drive yield improvements, and lead cost-reduction initiatives.
