Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• MS/MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in semiconductor equipment development, fabrication and/or Supply Chain management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and commercialization of supply chains for New Products from rapid prototyping to commercialization.
• Develop and execute dual sourcing strategies to mitigate supply risk for new products.
• Coordinate product development deliverables through a matrix organization of engineers, buyers, planners, and production control.
• Drive cost targets and material cost reduction roadmaps; negotiate with suppliers for value optimization.
• Present new product sourcing strategies to management and align with engineering, manufacturing, finance, and quality.
