Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of material planning, procurement and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Materials Core Team and coordinate product development deliverables with buyers, planners and production control.
• Negotiate supplier contracts and conduct make-versus-buy analyses as needed.
• Develop supplier roadmaps and collaboration with engineering to meet requirements.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities through BOM cost analysis and value engineering.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
