Job summary

Harbinger Motors Inc. is seeking an NPI Project Manager, Supply Chain to drive cross-functional execution and ensure material readiness for its EV and hybrid platforms. You will anchor supply chain plans from design through ramp, coordinating with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supplier Development.

This hands-on role demands structured thinking in ambiguity, accountability for supply readiness, and occasional travel to suppliers and sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Engineering, Business or related field with 3+ years in supply chain program management or operations.
• Experience supporting NPI programs from concept to production handoff.
• Experience with shortages and material readiness for production continuity.
• Experience with ERP systems and data reporting tools (Oracle, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain planning for new product launches and ramps.
• Develop and maintain master NPI/launch timing from sourcing to ramp.
• Improve NPI/SCPM processes, phase-gate methods, and standard work.
• Own program-level supply chain schedules and mitigate risks.
