Job summary

Battle Motors is seeking a New Product Introduction (NPI) Planner to lead cross-functional coordination for new product launches in our Ohio facility. You will manage schedules, milestones, and risk, ensuring timely delivery of components and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product management, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to develop and execute comprehensive NPI plans for new products.
Create and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and critical path analyses to track progress and risks.
Coordinate with external suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of components and materials for NPI activities.
Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to review progress, address issues, and provide milestone updates.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize NPI processes, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency.
Act as liaison between internal teams and external partners to align on NPI priorities and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the NPI process.
