Job summary

Harbinger Motors Inc. is seeking an energetic Technical Program Manager to join our Program Management Office. You will coordinate, manage, and communicate the status of engineering programs for a cutting-edge EV platform, reporting to the Director of Engineering Programs in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will own major subsystems, collaborate across engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing, and push projects to timely completion while managing risks and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in an engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 3–5 years in a technical or management role within a technical sector (automotive or defense experience is a plus).
• Electrical system design and/or power electronics development experience.
• Startup experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Smartsheets or MS Project, and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Own one or more major subsystems, projects and/or programs at Harbinger.
• Develop and maintain project plans to launch product improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and cross-functional partners to meet milestones and balance priorities.
• Drive projects to completion by guiding and supporting engineering teams with urgency.
• Identify, report and resolve roadblocks and understand critical paths.
