Job summary

Harbinger in California is seeking an NPI Project Manager, Supply Chain to drive cross‑functional execution for new vehicle launches. You will own supply readiness from design through first unit shipment, coordinating Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supplier Development to keep ramp schedules on track.

This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility role suited to someone who can create structure in ambiguity, manage shortages, and travel to suppliers as needed to ensure production

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field; 3+ years in PM or operations.
• Experience supporting NPI programs from concept to production handoff.
• Experience with ERP systems and data/reporting tools (Oracle, advanced Excel).
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain planning for new product launches and ramps.
• Develop and maintain the master NPI/launch timing plan from sourcing to ramp.
• Improve NPI/SCPM processes and establish standard work across programs.
• Drive shortage management and alternate sourcing to keep lines running.
• Coordinate with Engineering to translate BOM changes into sourcing plans.
• Own program-level supply chain schedules and mitigate risks.
• Deliver status updates and risk summaries to stakeholders.
