Job summary

Anthropic Limited seeks a Senior NPI Sourcing Manager for Data Center Power & Cooling to guide new power and cooling products from supplier design to production readiness. You will work with electrical and mechanical teams, suppliers, and field operations to ensure equipment qualifies for deployment and scales reliably.

You will lead prototype/pilot builds, run rigorous tests, manage risk, and drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, supply chain, and site teams to ramp shipments

Qualifications

• 8+ years in engineering within power electronics, electrical equipment, or industrial energy systems.
• Experience owning a product from prototype through production ramp.
• Knowledge of qualification standards (UL/IEEE/IEC) and test methods.

Responsibilities

• Own the NPI program for new power or cooling products from concept to ramp.
• Drive early supplier design engagement and negotiate trade-offs.
• Lead DFM/DFT/DFx reviews to ensure manufacturability at required rate.
• Plan and run EVT/DVT/PVT, FAT/SAT, and test plans, including root-cause analysis.
• Qualify products for deployment with first-article inspection and factory/site testing.
• Handoff to manufacturing quality and supply chain delivery teams for ramp-up.
• Build reliability targets through DFMEA and burn-in requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functionally across design, construction, utilities, safety, and sourcing.
