Job summary

VBeyond Corporation is seeking a Solutions Lead to own the NPI prototype lifecycle, coordinating across planning, execution, shipment and deployment. You will work with NPI operations, product operations, engineering and contract manufacturers to shape how NPI is planned and tracked from start to finish.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end NPI workflows, ensuring data integrity with CM integrations, and driving AI-based automation to speed up processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in NPI, manufacturing operations or product development within high-volume consumer electronics or hardware.
• Deep understanding of NPI build phases (EVT/DVT/PVT) and Alternate config management.
• Experience with logistics processes and critical asset tracking and management.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis to diagnose issues and drive data-informed decisions.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and external partners, solve complex problems, and deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams and contract manufacturers to gather and prioritize business requirements
• Lead core NPI workflows end to end, from requirements and solution design through launch, user adoption and continuous improvement, across build planning, material readiness, build execution, and shipment and deployment
• Oversee contract manufacturer data integrations (build completion signals and ASNs), monitor data accuracy, completeness and timeliness, and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions on discrepancies
• Drive AI and automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve speed and accuracy across NPI operations
