Job summary

Hyve Solutions seeks a Test Integration Engineering Operations Lead to drive execution across NPI programs from development to pre‑MP readiness. You’ll own day‑to‑day BFT/SLT/RLT bring‑up, resolve manufacturing test issues, and maintain schedule adherence across concurrent programs on the factory floor.

The ideal candidate operates independently on the floor as the operational technical expert, driving end‑to‑end resolutions and minimizing escalations while sustaining momentum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/CE/EE or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing test engineering for servers, networking, or rack‑level systems.
• Proven ability to drive cross‑functional execution across engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Experience in board, system, and rack‑level testing for Data Center deployments.
• Experience analyzing test yield data and translating into corrective actions.
• Strong written communication for technical briefs and status updates.

Responsibilities

• Clarify ownership and eliminate gaps across functions.
• Lead execution reviews, cadence, and leadership updates.
• Communicate status to stakeholders, including executive summaries.
• Lead root‑cause analysis across cross‑functional teams.
• Coordinate with Test Eng, Manufacturing, and Quality to maintain criteria.
• Lead SLT and RLT bring‑up activities for new projects.
