Job summary

Plexus seeks a TED/NPI Rotational Engineer for graduates of December 2026 or May 2027, targeting a June/July 2027 start. The program places engineers across critical manufacturing sites to accelerate NPI launches and build future leadership through multi-site exposure.

Relocation to sites such as Appleton WI, Boise ID, Chicago IL and Neenah WI is required for 3–12 month assignments. A two-year commitment with mentorship and development opportunities drives rapid skill growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree plus 1-2 years experience preferred.
• Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical or Biomedical is ideal.
• Open to interdisciplinary assignments and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Relocate to key manufacturing sites for 3-12 month assignments aligned with NPI needs.
• Provide on-the-ground technical support by integrating with the CFT and reporting to the NPI leader.
• Contribute to product, process, supplier quality, quality and test engineering focus areas.
• Engage with mentorship from NPI leaders and SMEs to develop skills.
• Identify and implement process improvements and share best practices.
