Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Ideal backgrounds in Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering; other technical backgrounds considered.
• Designed for engineers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are open to interdisciplinary assignments.
• Willing to relocate and work at multiple sites globally.

Responsibilities

• Relocate to key manufacturing sites for temporary assignments (3–12 months).
• Provide on-the-ground technical support by integrating with the CFT team and reporting to the site NPI Engineering Leader.
• Contribute to NPI focus areas: Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Supplier Quality Engineering, Quality Engineering, Test Engineering.
• Mentor with NPI Leaders and SMEs to rapidly develop technical and professional skills.
• Identify and help implement process improvements and share best practices with NPI and SME teams.
