Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Ideal candidates may have Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering background.

Responsibilities

• Relocate to key manufacturing sites for temporary assignments (3–12 months).
• Provide on-the-ground technical support to the NPI team and report to the NPI Engineering Leader.
• Contribute to NPI focus areas: Product, Process, Supplier Quality, Quality, and Test Engineering.
• Engage in mentorship from NPI Leaders and SMEs to accelerate growth.
• Identify and implement process improvements within NPI programs.
