Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an NPI Program Manager for the PAC portfolio, based in the UK with flexible location options. The role oversees multi‑discipline product development from concept to market launch, coordinating Product Management, R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain across global teams.

Strong governance, risk and stakeholder management are essential, as is experience with stage-gate processes and international travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business or related technical discipline.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline.
• PMP/PRINCE2/PMI-PgMP or Agile certifications.
• Experience leading complex New Product Introduction, product development or technical programme management.

Responsibilities

• Lead programme-level execution across a portfolio of NPI and product development initiatives within the PAC portfolio.
• Oversee project execution from early assessment, planning and stage-gate governance through to launch readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional activity across Product Management, R&D, Engineering, Industrialisation, Manufacturing and more.
