Job summary

Purple Innovation, LLC is hiring a Senior Project Manager to drive the New Product Introduction process for GelFlex Grid products. You will own end-to-end NPI, refine stage-gate criteria, and coordinate cross-functional teams from concept to commercialization.

The role reports to the Senior Director of Product and emphasizes automation and clear status communication. The position is hybrid, with remote work and onsite time at our Draper, Utah HQ, with decisions guided by business needs.

Qualifications

5+ years of project or program management experience, including 5+ years leading NPI for physical products.
Track record of launching multiple products from concept through production.
Hands-on experience running a stage-gate development process.
Proven ability to improve cycle time, reduce rework or avoid delays.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Drive NPI end to end from concept to commercialization, including milestones and launch timing.
Own and refine the stage-gate process with clear criteria and deliverables.
Coordinate prototype and production-validation builds across teams.
Manage RTS dates and keep go-to-market plans in sync.
Lead post-launch retrospectives and capture lessons learned for templates.
Create dashboards and KPIs and report progress to senior leadership.
