Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an NPI Program Manager to lead complex engineering projects across multiple functions. The role focuses on delivering new product introductions by coordinating resources, schedules, and budgets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The position requires onsite work five days a week in Mossville, IL with travel up to 20%. A Bachelor's degree and experience with Caterpillar processes or comparable NPI methodologies are preferred.

• Monitor project progress and costs; report status to stakeholders and affected functions.
• Influence staffing; motivate and develop project teams.
• Communicate with customers to manage expectations and ensure effective controls and reporting.
