Job summary

Caterpillar Remanufacturing in Mossville, IL is seeking an experienced NPI Leader to support the Mossville facility. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• Experience leading NPI programs and cross-functional teams is required.
• Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI initiatives for Caterpillar Remanufacturing in Mossville, IL.
• Coordinate resources across engineering, sales, and platform groups.
• Manage project progress, costs, and stakeholder communications.
• Influence staffing and develop project teams.
• Communicate status to customers and ensure effective project controls.
• Support planning at operational, tactical, and strategic horizons.
• Knowledge of generator ends, generator sets, power generation, large rotating electrics, and electric motor functionality.
