Job summary
Caterpillar is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead New Product Introduction initiatives for customer and dealer-facing Connectivity Solutions within Cat Technology. This role partners with engineering, product, digital, and business teams to translate customer and regulatory inputs into actionable requirements and delivery plans.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
- PMP or PMI certification preferred.
- 10+ years of project, program, or engineering leadership experience required.
- Experience leading large-scale engineering development or NPI programs.
- Experience with cross-functional program management and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead NPI programs for connectivity/telematics solutions.
- Translate customer/dealer/regulatory requirements into product/system requirements.
- Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, product, digital, and business teams.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate stakeholder communications and present updates to leadership.
- Collaborate with suppliers and enterprise leads to implement emerging technologies.
- Ensure alignment between marketing, system, hardware, and software requirements.
- Support technology roadmap development and long-term connectivity strategy.
