Job summary

Alianza, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to run and improve the Value Management Office (VMO) for New Product Introduction (NPI). You will own the governance process, maintain templates, and ensure timely progress across initiatives.

The role emphasizes execution, dashboarding, and cross-functional collaboration with the Product org. You will build tracking tools, generate executive-readouts, and coordinate across multiple departments to prevent delays while driving continuous process

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in program/project management, PMO, or related operations.
• Cross-functional coordination experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of status tracking, risk/issue logs, milestone management, and stakeholder reporting.
• Comfort building and maintaining tracking tools and dashboards (e.g., Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint).
• Clear written and verbal communicator; detail-oriented and self-directed.
• PMP, CAPM, or CSM certification (or actively pursuing) is a plus.
• Experience in SaaS, cloud communications, telephony, or similar fast-moving product org.

Responsibilities

• Own NPI process governance; admin intake end-to-end and maintain templates and docs.
• Track initiatives; produce executive readouts and manage cadence for check-ins.
• Develop dashboards tracking product adoption and usage for leadership.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, and 20+ departments to align NPI timeline.
