Job summary

Alianza seeks an experienced Program Manager to own and improve the New Product Introduction (NPI) governance within the Value Management Office. You will maintain tools, templates, and cadences across departments to ensure initiatives stay on schedule and deliverables meet leadership expectations.

You will track initiatives, enable decisions with clear, decision-ready updates, and drive adoption analytics. This role emphasizes execution, with independence to drive workstreams daily.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in program or project management, PMO, or related operations with cross-functional coordination.
• Strong fundamentals: status tracking, risk/issue logs, milestone management, stakeholder reporting.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards/tools (Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint) or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; self-directed with attention to detail.
• PMP, CAPM, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the NPI intake process end-to-end and keep it on schedule.
• Maintain templates and docs for evolving processes.
• Produce executive readouts for Directors, VPs, and SVPs.
• Run cadence for initiative check-ins and chase open items.
• Build dashboards tracking adoption and usage for leadership.
• Pull data from Jira and other systems to keep plans current.
• Coordinate with 20+ partner departments to align on timelines.
• Escalate blockers with a recommended fix to leadership.
