Job summary

Tecomet is seeking a Program Manager to drive execution excellence and operational efficiency for new product introductions and transfers. You will lead a cross-functional team, ensuring projects meet technical quality, schedule, and cost targets while aligning with the company’s continuous improvement culture.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate complex programs from development through production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; three years in program management or engineering within medical device, aerospace or industrial manufacturing
• PMP certification is a plus
• Experience working with customers, sales/marketing, and operations is preferred
• Experience in medical device or aerospace and defense manufacturing is preferred
• Experience in a contract manufacturer or job shop environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Utilize APQP, Stage/Gate and other NPI processes to deliver projects per customer requirements
• Ensure project results meet quality, reliability, schedule and cost targets
• Lead programs from early development through testing, certification and production
• Plan, execute and deliver programs on time and within budget
• Develop and maintain program schedules, resources plans, risk registers, and financial forecasts
