Meta is seeking an experienced New Product Introduction Program Manager to oversee the Supply Chain organization. This role involves driving the execution of NPI for AI, compute, storage, and networking hardware, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of relevant experience and a strong technical background.

Responsibilities include managing risks, addressing operational pain points, and liaising with both internal and external teams. Compensation ranges from $168,000 to $234,000 annually, plus bonus and equity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in computer hardware and/or networking.
• Knowledge of PLM concepts including BOMs and quality management systems.
• Familiarity with manufacturing test processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as program owner for NPI across Supply Chain.
• Drive project execution for AI compute and storage hardware.
• Identify and manage risks associated with NPI delivery.
