Job summary

EITACIES Inc. is seeking a Sr. NPI Program Manager to lead the development and launch of X86 hardware appliances.

You will work with global contract manufacturers and cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and supply chain to drive programs from concept through production. The role requires 8+ years in product development and a strong background in hardware validation, DFx, and supplier management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
8+ years in product development and manufacturing environments.
Experience leading cross-functional NPI programs for x86 hardware.
Knowledge of PCBA and hardware development processes.
Familiarity with Valor, Arena, Jira and CAD tools.

Responsibilities

Lead NPI programs for x86 hardware with global contract manufacturers.
Collaborate with Electrical, Software, Product, Mechanical, Validation, Quality and Manufacturing teams.
Create schedules for hardware development and prototyping aligned with software timelines.
Ensure quality and reliability through hardware validation, testing and release management.
Drive DFx objectives; manage Design for Manufacturing and Assembly with suppliers.
Establish ECOs and traceability across multi-level BOMs; mitigate risks early.
Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.
