Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Operations, Engineering, or Program Management within hardware development or supply chain.
• Proven track record leading complex hardware NPI programs end‑to‑end.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single-threaded owner for operational readiness across New Product Introductions.
• Drive overall NPI build readiness and transition to mass production.
• Own end‑to‑end risk management including identification and escalation.
