Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Program Manager to lead new product introductions and drive continuous improvement across defense technology programs. You will partner with engineering, supply chain, quality and production teams to scale production, manage readiness, and meet cost and schedule targets.

The role emphasizes collaboration, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure a smooth transition to full-scale production with a focus on efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in operations program management, production, or manufacturing.
• Proven track record of launching products into full-rate production.
• Experience with Agile, Lean, Six Sigma and tools like Jira and MS Project.
• Familiarity with ERP, MRP, MES, and PLM systems.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead production design readiness for NPI programs and manage changes to existing or new products.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance production efficiency, scalability, and cost.
• Develop and execute production readiness plans, establish sourcing and capacity.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and leadership for pre-production.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact timelines or readiness.
• Provide regular updates to internal teams and leadership on status and risks.
• Monitor project budgets and cost control to enable smooth production transitions.
• Ensure appropriate allocation of materials, labor, and equipment.
