Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Program Manager to lead NPI and production-readiness for advanced defense technologies. You will coordinate across engineering, supply chain, quality, and production to ensure scalable, cost-conscious launches.

You will drive process optimization, risk management, and stakeholder communications, with accountability for budgets, resources, and on-time delivery to full-rate production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in operations program management, production, or manufacturing, preferably in defense, aerospace, or complex hardware industries.
• Proven track record of successfully launching new products into full-rate production with condensed timelines.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) and proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
• Familiarity with ERP, MRP, MES, and PLM systems.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead production design readiness for NPI programs and ensure launches meet production targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and execute production readiness plans, sourcing and capacity planning.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and leadership for pre-production alignment.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting timelines and readiness.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership on projects and risks.
• Monitor budgets and manage resources to enable successful transitions to full-scale production.
