RTX is seeking an operations-focused Product Manager to drive execution across multiple new products, ensuring cost, quality, and schedule performance for programs up to $100M. The role requires collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance to optimize schedules and performance within the DoD framework.

The ideal candidate has a university degree with 5+ years of experience, strong data analytics skills (SAP/PRISM/APEX, CMES, Kinaxis, PowerBI), and U.S.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant work, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience with manufacturing and data analytics tools (SAP/PRISM/APEX, CMES, Kinaxis, PowerBI).
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional execution across Operations and Supply Chain.
• Manage program lifecycle, schedules, cost, yield rates, and risks for programs up to $100M.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Mission Assurance, Finance, and Contracts to align schedules and resources.
